HOT HOMES WEEKEND--REGISTER NOW! We're back! This year's HOT Homes weekend is scheduled for September 20-21, 2008! We are optimistically spreading the word that "Now is the Time to Buy" and looking forward to a successful tour in 2008! As always, we will host an exciting kick-off party in conjunction with our awards presentation on Friday, September 19th.

REALTOR® SAFETY COURSE COMING! NOW OPEN TO SPOUSES AND CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 15 (ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT) As a REALTOR®, you can find yourself in some pretty compromising situations. On a regular basis, REALTORS® around the country are using their common sense, intuition, and learned skills to avoid and even deter threats to themselves, their property and their clients' possessions. The safety of our members is always a top priority for NABOR. We are committed to helping our members stay safe while on the job, at home and on the road.
NABOR is hosting a REALTOR® Safety Class on Thursday, July 17th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the NABOR Office (1917 Navarre School Road). THIS CLASS IS WORTH 3 CE CREDITS!Cost will be $20 (and well worth it)! Spouse and children over the age of 15 are also welcome to attend the training at a reduced cost of $15 (does not include CE credits).

NAR RESTATES 2008 NON DEDUCTIBLE DUES NAR has restated nondeductible dues dollars for 2008 because of the significant amount of new programming added to NAR’s 2008 budget. The 2008 nondeductible amount has been increased to $25, or 31 percent of dues, from $18, or 22 percent of dues. For 2009, $26 of the $80 in dues per member will be nondeductible.
