Florida REALTORS® are the voice of real estate in the Florida legislature. Our Federal and State legislative teams, composed of dedicated REALTOR® members and staff monitor, review and evaluate proposed legislation and rules of law that affect REALTORS®, such as fair housing, agency, antitrust, etc. Florida REALTORS® also prepare and advocate legislation proposed by and in the best interest of its members. Over the years, REALTORS® have enjoyed many legislative successes due to the work of their local and state associations.
