Lockbox Service NABOR offers a full lockbox service to members, eliminating the need to travel to Fort Walton Beach or Pensacola.

The Weekly Marketing Tour is an excellent opportunity to mix with and learn from your fellow REALTORS®.  FACT: 9 out of the 20 NABOR top producers regularly attend – that is not a coincidence.  Placing a home on tour is simple.  The directions are on the front page of the MLS and a NABOR member of staff is happy to assist you.  This is your marketing tool to appease your seller and the results speak for themselves!

The Monthly General Membership Luncheon on the 2^nd Wednesday of every month at Cocodrie’s is the place for networking.  Join your fellow real estate professionals while enjoying a superb buffet style luncheon.  We all have one aim – to enhance and promote each other’s real estate careers, market yourself and your business among 150 of your peers.  Educate yourself on current local industry and community news with our informative guest speaker.  This is one “can’t miss “event- just call or email the Board with your RSVP.

The Blue Ribbon Marketing Breakfast (third Wednesday monthly at Cocodrie’s) enjoy a first rate breakfast courtesy of one of our affiliate members.  This informal get together gives you the opportunity to showcase your listings to a captive audience while at the same time expressing client wants and needs.  We hear about a lot of successful deals that result from this working breakfast!  There is such a thing as a free breakfast!

Breakfast and The Beach Tour (third Wednesday monthly at Cocodrie’s directly after the Breakfast): If you have a Beach listing, then it’s a must to list it on the Tour.  The directions are on the front page of the MLS and a NABOR member of staff is happy to assist you.

Membership Events = Fun! NABOR Committee members work tirelessly throughout the year to bring you quality events to enjoy.  The Holiday Party, Car Show, Golf Tournament, Mardi Gras, the Poker Evening:  NABOR members work hard and play hard.  Get involved- join a committee and be part of the team!

The Homes on Tour Event NABOR’s 2007 mass open house event was an overwhelming success.  69 homes were entered and the tour directory was distributed to 98,000 homes.  Typically entrants reported an average of 40-50 attendees.

Education NABOR takes pride in offering you a vast array of educational opportunities, 38 classes in total for 2007.  First class instructors bring you the latest most relevant information to help you succeed. MLS mini modules are free classes that teach you the tricks of the trade; REIS Innovations (a wholly owned FAR subsidiary) offers free training sessions at : http://www.reisinnovations.com/techtraining.asp to really upgrade both your skills and your website.  Take advantage of every educational opportunity offered –knowledge is power!

Legislative: Your interests are protected by full- time FAR lobbyists in Tallahassee, working to ensure that the issues that directly affect your real estate business stay in the fore- front of our elected leaders.  Out of every dollar that you contribute to RPAC, the REALTORS® Political Action Committee, 70 cents stays right here in Florida working for you.  Our Board Government Affairs representatives regularly provide coordination between the membership and various governmental bodies, ensuring the collective REALTOR® voice is heard.

Helping to grow our Community:  At NABOR we take our community responsibility very seriously.  The Board donates a large percentage of profits from various events to support local schools, the military community and other local organizations.  As a NABOR member you can take pride in your contribution.
