The new function has the ability to quickly view individual and office statistics, and it now breaks down production by listing agents and co-agents.
The My Statistics tab allows each agent to quickly run a brief report on their own listings. Brokers or office managers will be able to run similar office reports. The Advanced tab includes all the previous statistical repots, some with improvements, and two new reports; Sales by Area Summaries, and YTD (Year to Date) Closed Profile. One of the improvements to the existing reports is to the Market Penetration by Agent/Office/Company reports. Previously these reports only allowed for two sides; listing side and selling side, with no inclusion of co-agents. The reports still include two sides, but will be broken down into four parts: listing, co-listing, selling, and co-selling. If a co-listing or co-selling agent or office is included on the listing, each will get half a side and half the dollar volume. |
