On the left side of the page under User Services, click on "View Continuing Ed."
If this is your first time accessing DBPR Online Services, click on "Activate Your Online Services Account" and complete the information under "Enter Initial Pin." (Your initial pin number should be the last four digits of your Social Security number or Federal Tax ID Number. If neither of those numbers work, call the Customer Contact Center at 850-487-1395 for assistance. The Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm EST).
Once you have set up your User ID and Pin Number, you will have access to your online account at any time.
